Meet your experts

Suzy is Hintsa’s sought-after performance psychologist and leadership mentor. Fuelling her passion, Suzy holds an MSc in Positive Psychology and leads ski-mountaineering expeditions as an adventurer. Captivating and witty, Suzy leaves her audience inspired, entertained, and ready to conquer new heights themselves.

Mecky is a British-qualified General Practitioner, Hintsa-certified performance coach and the Mental Health and Well-being director at HealthFirst. As the lead Mental Health First Aid trainer in Switzerland, Mecky has a particular interest in stress and burnout in the workplace and works together with many international organizations and NGO’s supporting staff mental health and wellbeing.

Nora serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Hintsa. Concurrently, she pursues her doctoral dissertation at Aalto University, delving into the future of knowledge work. Her insights on workplace wellbeing, stress, burnout and work/life questions have been featured in esteemed publications like the Financial Times and McKinsey Quarterly.
