Requirements for Hintsa coaches:
- Academic degree in physiology, psychology, health, or behavior change
- 2-5 years coaching experience before accepted at Hintsa
- <5% acceptance rate from coach applications (harder than Harvard)
- 9 month Hintsa Coach Certification Programme
